Established in 2023 by a group of passionate travelers who wanted to share their love for Uganda and its natural beauty with others, chose a scenic spot near the Murchison Falls, one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world, where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge and plunges 43 meters into a pool below.

The lodge is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a magnificent view of the river and the national park, which is home to more than 76 mammal species and 451 bird species

The lodge is a fully solar-powered lodge, which means that it uses solar energy to generate all of its electricity. This is a sustainable and environmentally friendly way to operate a lodge, and it helps to reduce the lodge's carbon footprint.
